In our babies room—aka The Purple Koala Room—there’s a strong focus on creating a caring and nurturing environment. Your little one will simply love our open space, full of natural light and opportunities for exploration. We’ll help to foster their curiosity and love of learning through our play based learning programs. Music, dance, yoga, literacy, numeracy—every day will be a new experience as we assist them in their social development and discovery of emotional intelligence.

Packing Their Bags

You might be asking ‘what do I need to pack for my baby’s day at Juniors at Wamberal?’. For our Purple Koala Room, there are a few things you’ll need to provide including: 


  • Nappies 
  • Bedding 
  • Spare clothes (labelled) 
  • Bottles & formula 
  • A water bottle 
  • A sunsafe hat


The reason we ask parents to pack nappies and bedding, is because at this age your child’s skin will be quite sensitive. With each child reacting differently to washing detergents and nappy types, there’s rarely a one size fits all solution! 


In addition, feel free to send them in with any comfort items they may have grown fond of—a dummy, a blanket, a soft toy. This can make them more comfortable and transition to kindergarten that little but easier. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to call us on (02) 9199 0639.
