Family Information

Info for Parents & Carers

  • Centrelink

    Contact Centrelink to obtain your Centrelink Reference Number (CRN). Your child will have a different one to you. Advise them that your child will be starting care and ask to be linked and assessed for Child Care Subsidy.

  • Important Documents

    You will need to provide your child’s original Birth Certificate and Immunisation statement (available from Family Assistance Office / Medicare).

  • Hours of Operation

    Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:00am-6:00pm and your child can attend any time during our opening hours. 

  • Fees

    Our fee is charged for the whole day regardless of how many hours per day your child attends.

  • Absences

    All absences must be paid for and families are entitled to three make-up days per calendar year for absences. (Makeup days only apply when the centre is notified of your child's absence by 8:30 am the day of)


    We are closed for public holidays, therefore no charges are applied on those days.
