The Orange Wombat Room (4-5 Years)
We can’t wait to welcome your little one into our preschool room, or as we like to call it, the Orange Wombat Room! Here your child will find an environment steeped in literacy, numeracy, project work and leadership. This is also where they’ll be exposed to structured STEM learning for the first time—science, technology, electronics and mathematics.
We continue to teach the importance of collaboration, with children working together in small groups and taking responsibility for their own decision making. There’s also plenty of indoor and outdoor play time. But that’s not all—this is the time where we’ll really help each child learn the skills they need to transition into primary school and flourish.

Packing For Preschool
When coming into the Orange Wombat Room, we’ll need your children to bring a few items with them, ready to enjoy the day. We’ll provide most of what they’ll need, but we do ask parents to provide:
- Spare clothes (labelled)
- A water bottle
- A sunsafe hat
- Comfort items they can’t live without
