Our Centre

About Our Centre

Lots of Outdoor Space

At Juniors at Wamberal, our centre is located on an extra-large block, with plenty of outdoor space and play areas including our sensory garden. Your child will have the opportunity to explore and develop within the safe confines of our centre.

We also understand how important it is to have families involved in the day-to-day activities of your children. That’s why we embrace an open door policy for all parents and carers who would like to play a more active role.

We use the Storypark app to document and support your child’s learning. Keep across your child’s development through our daily posts and speak to our friendly, knowledgeable educators at any time.

Play Based Learning

We all understand that a child’s favourite thing to do is play—that’s why we interweave education into playtime. Designed to build social skills, children will learn to understand problem solving, conflict resolution, relationship building and most of all, self-confidence!

Our activities include:

  • Puzzles & games
  • Art & crafts
  • Drama & dancing
  • STEM activities
  • Pre-reading & writing
  • Learning about indigenous culture

And much more! Children will also get to take part in our exciting incursions and excursions. To find out more, get in touch with Juniors at Wamberal today!

Meals Are Provided

With our very own qualified and experienced on-site cook, all meals—breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and supper—are provided. Alongside this, we also promote dietary education and cooking experiences with our children. They’ll learn the value of sustainability and social responsibility through initiatives like our organic vegetable garden.
